Widgets In wordpress

After theme installation next is Widgets Under the appearance menu.

Widgets add the content and features to your sidebar.
default widget of wordpress are categories,tag,Navigation search etc......

Click on widget Under appearance menu
     following  screen will display.......

   

Here you can remove or add widget into sidebar,footer.

Simply just Drag and  drop the widget which you want to display on the site......

       Here i want to display Calendar on main sidebar 

    i just simply drag that widget and drop into my main sidebar....

 

Click  on save Button..

Look at your website. calendar is on sidebar of your website......
